GingerAd, as data controller, is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the playerone-getready.com website and its associated games, hereinafter the "Service".

This policy describes what data is collected, why, and what your rights are.

1. DATA COLLECTED

The Service does not require any account or registration. Data processed is limited to:

Technical data: IP address, browser, operating system — automatically collected by the hosting server (standard Apache logs).
Local scores: high scores are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Advertising data: when an advertisement is displayed, the Prebid wrapper may transmit technical data (IP, user-agent, advertising identifiers) to SSP partners in order to select a relevant ad, subject to your consent.

2. COOKIES AND CONSENT

The Service uses a Consent Management Platform (CMP) compliant with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF). On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse third-party advertising cookies.

Without consent: no personalised advertising is served.
With consent: advertising partners may place third-party cookies to measure audiences and deliver targeted ads.

GingerAd participates in and complies with all Specifications and Policies of the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework. It uses Consent Management Platform no. 92.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS

Server logs: legitimate interest (security, diagnostics). Retention: 12 months.
Personalised advertising: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Retention: as per partners (generally up to 13 months).
Non-personalised advertising: legitimate interest. No third-party cookies placed.

4. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU

Some advertising partners may be established outside the European Union. Such transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

5. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access, rectification and erasure
Right to restriction of processing
Right to object
Right to data portability
