These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the playerone-getready.com website and its associated games (hereinafter the "Service"), published by GingerAd SAS.

Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Use.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The Service offers browser-based games accessible free of charge, with no registration or account required. No personal data is needed to play.

High scores are stored locally in the user's browser via localStorage and are not transmitted to third-party servers.

2. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

Access to the Service is free and open, provided the user has a JavaScript-compatible web browser.

GingerAd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, without notice or compensation.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Service (source code, graphics, sounds, text, logos) are the exclusive property of GingerAd or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of any part of these elements without prior written authorisation from GingerAd is strictly prohibited.

4. USER CONDUCT

Users agree to use the Service fairly and in accordance with its intended purpose. The following are prohibited:

• Manipulating or falsifying scores
• Circumventing or disabling code protection mechanisms
• Automated data collection (scraping)
• Reverse engineering the source code
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without prior agreement

5. ADVERTISING

The Service is funded by programmatic advertising. Ads may be displayed at the end of games, in a non-intrusive manner.

Personalised advertising is subject to user consent, collected via a Consent Management Platform (CMP) compliant with the IAB Europe TCF.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. GingerAd shall not be liable for:

7. AMENDMENTS

GingerAd reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Service. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
